Your family's day, in one place.
Calendars, routines and to-dos for the whole household, on one family dashboard. On every phone and iPad.
What it does
Everyone's day
Everyone's events, side by side: today, and what's coming up.
Shared to-dos
Every job has an owner, so the whole household can see what's next.
Routines
Mornings and bedtimes, shown on time and skipped on holidays.
Your calendars
With a parent's permission, Herald reads their Google Calendar so the family's events appear together on Herald. It only reads; it never changes or deletes your Google events. You choose which calendars to show, and you can disconnect at any time.
Plans from email
With a parent's permission, Herald reads their Gmail to find family plans: bookings, school notices, trips and things to do.
- It reads the main inbox and Updates, never Promotions, Social, Forums, chats, spam, trash or Sent mail.
- What it finds is shown only to that parent, as a suggestion. Nothing reaches the family's calendar until they tap Add.
- To read the emails, Herald sends them one at a time to an AI service (Anthropic's Claude), which doesn't train its AI on them and deletes them within 30 days, except in rare cases its policy or the law requires (see our privacy policy).
- Turn it off at any time, and what Herald found in your email is deleted; plans you already added stay.
Google data
Herald's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
